PhD Ombudsman
For anonymous reporting and preparation towards insightful discussion, you are always recommended to reach out to the PhD Ombudsman. He is a THS employee and has no ties/conflict of interests during reporting and conflict resolutions. The Chapter Chairperson has constant updates so the board is always keeping track of core challenges that the KTH PhD students encounter. We actively use the (anonymous) data, to find core topics to tackle during the year.

The Informationssystem om Arbetsmiljö (IA) System at KTH is used to hande occurrences in the work environment such as incidents (near misses), risk observations and occupational injuries (accidents). This information requires you to put in your information and your supervisors’, so once submitted, your supervisor(s) will be notified.

An authority that ensures that every employee in Sweden has a work environment that is fit and upholds the values that Sweden represents. Issues, on a major scale, can also be reported through the link. This is anonymous.
